Great service from entering to leaving. The ambience here is always nice. We were promptly seated. Our waitress was great with following up and ensuring food was great. The food was great and the Mac and cheese was steaming hot.Carrot cake is a must! Overall great atmosphere and fantastic service.

I felt well taken care of. The second door a staff member opened the door. This is good for people with wheelchairs etc. There are three handles to use to open the doors. If you want immediate seating, making a reservation on their site or Google is helpful. They sit parties of ten people comfortably. We had a party of 12, and they used a new table for seating all of us. J. Alexander's Baby Back Ribs were a bit dry when eating right to left, but the middle and the left side were juicy and a tad bit tinder. Every meal at J. Alexander's is a good meal. Well worth the money. The drinking glass is medium height. They do not hand out kids menus; ask your waiter for the kid's options. Everything is made as you order. THIS IS A RESTAURANT, NOT A FAST FOOD CHAIN!! You should EXPECT quality and amazing flavor in your food at J. Alexander's.

Me and my girlfriend was riding around looking for a new place to eat and we just happen to stumble across J Alexanders. I ordered the salmon with macaroni and cheese and I'm going to say the salmon was very tasty. The skin had a good Chris tuite where it wasn't overly cooked and the fish itself was very juicy and succulent. The macaroni and cheese was very very nice. It's not all the time but you can go to a restaurant I receive some good macaroni and cheese and I must say Jay Alexander's had some very good macaroni and cheese. My girlfriend ordered some type of Taco thingy which was good as well sorry for not being able to give you the name of the dish but hopefully the pictures will serve you justice please enjoy.

Waitstaff wonderful. Food wonderful. Noise level awful. Perhaps by adding decorative dividers between the booth areas could help the sound have somewhere to land.

We went for mothers day!! The service was perfect. I had the steak burger it was dry and over cooked. The fries were sad. The spinach dip was phenomenal. My husband's rotisserie chicken was dry. My other families food was good they said. Overall I think it's over priced.
